Decision Architecture

Decision Architecture. The fifth of the five components of the Decision Framework, and the end state a full engagement builds toward.
2. Definition
Decision Architecture is the integrated system of criteria, frameworks and governance structures that lets a person decide well without depending on a single person or an external consultant.
3. Purpose
The end state the other four components build toward: a system the client owns, which makes each next decision easier.
4. Scope
The synthesis stage of a full Decision Framework engagement.
