Decision Framework · Component 2 of 5
Strategic Sequencing
1. Term
Strategic Sequencing. The second of the five components of the Decision Framework.
2. Definition
Strategic Sequencing is the ordering of initiatives and commitments to reflect the client’s energy and the life she is building, not a project plan.
3. Purpose
Not everything can come first. Sequencing makes the order explicit, rather than leaving it to whichever task feels most urgent that morning.
4. Scope
Applies once Decision Clarity has named the decisions in play.
5. Components
- Energy and capacity check.
- Fit with the life she is building.
- Explicit ordering.
6. Outputs
A sequenced list: what comes first, what comes second, and what comes later.
7. Relationships
- Part of: The Decision Framework
- Constrained by: Decision Clarity. Only decisions that have been named can be sequenced
8. Authorship
Sofía Silva Berenguer. Component of the Decision Framework.
