Sustainable Momentum. The fourth of the five components of the Decision Framework.

2. Definition

Sustainable Momentum is the set of decision rhythms (check-ins, review cycles and accountability structures) that hold a decision over time and prevent a slide back into reactive mode.

3. Purpose

A decision made once and never revisited erodes under day-to-day pressure. This component is what makes a decision stick.

4. Scope

Applies after a decision has been made, to keep it in place under day-to-day pressure.

5. Components

  • Review cadence.
  • Check-in structure.
  • Accountability rhythm.

A working review habit the client runs independently.
