The Room to Decide Circle
1. Term
The Room to Decide Circle. A named small-group offer.
2. Definition
The Room to Decide Circle is a small online group of five to ten women, meeting for two sessions fourteen days apart, in which each builds her own decision criteria and sorts her own list (what stays, what’s parked, what goes) without sharing her criteria with the group.
3. Purpose
A small group where each woman does the deciding herself, alongside others doing the same. It reaches the same kind of decision the Choose Forward Intensive reaches one-to-one, in a different shape.
4. Scope
Two online sessions, fourteen days apart, in a circle of five to ten. AUD 150 covers both sessions, and both need to be attended. The Circle is waitlist only; no dates have been announced.
5. Structural model
- Each participant builds her own criteria and sorts her own list.
- Criteria are not shared with the group.
- It is not a framework handed over to follow.
6. Outputs
- A plain sentence on what she is building towards (her North Star).
- Her own ranked criteria.
- A sorted list of what stays, what’s parked and what goes.
7. Relationships
