The Choose Forward Intensive
1. Term
The Choose Forward Intensive. A named one-to-one offer.
2. Definition
The Choose Forward Intensive is a two-session, one-to-one package that produces one real decision (what deserves the client’s focus next) made on criteria she has defined herself.
3. Purpose
To end with a decision made, not deferred: a lead initiative named, and criteria she can use again when the list gets noisy.
4. Scope
Two ninety-minute sessions, fourteen days apart, by video. AUD 600 list price, covering both sessions, the structure she works with between them, and a written recap after each session.
5. Structural model
- Session one: she builds her North Star, a statement in her own words of what she is building towards.
- Between sessions: she passes every initiative claiming her attention through a set of questions she defines herself.
- Session two: she sorts, names what stays, decides what goes, and leaves with a document that holds it all.
6. Outputs
A document drafted live in session two and tidied afterwards, holding her North Star, her decision criteria in her own words, and her keep / park / let go list with the lead initiative named.
A written recap within 48 hours of each session.
7. Relationships
- Operationalises: The Decision Framework, Decision Clarity, Initiative Pruning. The first movement of the Decision Framework (Decision Clarity and Initiative Pruning), compressed into two sessions
- Produces: Own criteria, Keep / park / let go
- Resolves into: One lead initiative, chosen on her own criteria: the one that, if she backed it, would make most of the rest easier or no longer necessary
8. Authorship
